Conditions of carriage

The user who registers from the system is responsible for the correct entry of personal data (contact number, identity document, etc.).

Since "Zamex LLC" (TIN 11506303411) is a carrier company, it is not responsible for the completeness, size, and shape of the product sent by the seller.

If the order is not completed for any reason, the amount paid is returned to the customer's card. This process takes 3-15 working days, depending on the customer's bank. Payment is not refundable in cash.

The amount charged to the user's balance can be used for the purchase of other products or can be claimed back to the account. In this case, the amount is returned to the user's account within 5-7 working days.

For any reason, if the customer receives a package that does not belong to him and uses that package, the customer will refund the amount equal to the value of the package.

If there is a deviation of 10 percent of the order amount, with a maximum of 10 manats, the order is executed by removing it from the customer's balance without informing the customer.

Zamex MMC implements received orders simultaneously and together. However, products may be sent by the seller in separate packages, and Zamex LLC is not responsible for this. If the products are delivered to the foreign warehouse as parcels by the seller, each parcel is calculated separately.

Notifications will be sent to the customer about the movement of the ordered package. The customer can take delivery of the package that has entered the warehouse by paying the shipping fee or order a courier to his address by paying an additional fee.

The received package must be checked with the courier at our office, if courier delivery is made. In case of any damage to the product, information must be provided to our staff or the courier on the spot. Otherwise, Zamex LLC is not responsible for any deficiencies discovered later.

If the customer does not receive the package within 10 calendar days from the moment the customer is informed about the arrival of the ordered package in the local warehouse of the "Carrier", a storage fee of 0.50 AZN is charged for each day. A daily storage fee of 1 AZN will be charged for 31-45 days. You can pick up the package after paying the shipping and storage fee. Zamex LLC will not be responsible for the package that remains in the local warehouse for more than 45 days. The customer cannot take delivery of the package until he pays all his financial obligations to the "Carrier".

If the courier order is registered before 12:00, it will be delivered on the same day, courier orders placed after 12:00 will be delivered on the next day. If the courier cannot communicate with the other party when delivering the order, the order is canceled after 10 minutes of waiting.
