- The user who registers from the system is responsible for the correct entry of personal data (contact number, identity document, etc.).
- Since "Zamex LLC" is a carrier company, it is not responsible for the completeness, size, shape of the product sent by the seller.
- The amount charged to the user's balance can be used for the purchase of other products or can be claimed back to the account. In this case, the amount is returned to the user's account within 5-7 working days.
- Zamex MMC implements received orders simultaneously and together. However, products may be sent by the seller in separate packages, and Zamex LLC is not responsible for this. If the products are delivered to the warehouse by the seller's store as packages, each package is calculated separately.
- The delivery time from Baku to Nakhchivan is that if it enters the Baku warehouse before 4 o'clock on a weekday, it will be delivered to Nakhchivan the next day, that is, within 24 hours, if it is past 4 o'clock, one day remains for the next flight.
- According to the conditions of air transportation, the weight of 1 product can be a maximum of 150 kg, and the dimensions must be up to 120 cm x 80 cm x 60 cm.
- Delivery from Nakhchivan to the Regions and from the Regions to Nakhchivan is carried out within 3-5 working days.
- The received package must be checked with the courier at our office, if courier delivery is made. In case of any damage to the product, information must be provided to our staff or the courier on the spot. Otherwise, Zamex LLC is not responsible for any deficiencies discovered later.
